Job Description:
- Manage & maintain the manpower count, attrition rate across Nigeria.
- Handle recruitment management for the Head Office & supervises overall recruitment.
- Develop all recruitment materials & facilitate trainings for the use of the materials.
- Coordinate with Line Managers and Departmental Managers to ensure effective recruitment.
- Develop policies to evaluate, measure & improve employee performance.
- Analyze & review recruitment & performance metrics data to provide reports to management.
- Manage the bi-annual appraisal process to reward or improve performance.
- Coordinate monthly incentive calculation & payment process.
- Collaborate with the rest of the HR Team on other HR projects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have at least 3-4 years as an HR Executive experience in the Mobile Phone or Telecommunications Industry.
- Must have a very good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel & how to apply it in reporting.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline (Preferably a management degree).
