Job Description:

• Manage & maintain the manpower count, attrition rate across Nigeria.
• Handle recruitment management for the Head Office & supervises overall recruitment.
• Develop all recruitment materials & facilitate trainings for the use of the materials.
• Coordinate with Line Managers and Departmental Managers to ensure effective recruitment.
• Develop policies to evaluate, measure & improve employee performance.
• Analyze & review recruitment & performance metrics data to provide reports to management.
• Manage the bi-annual appraisal process to reward or improve performance.
• Coordinate monthly incentive calculation & payment process.
• Collaborate with the rest of the HR Team on other HR projects.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have at least 3-4 years as an HR Executive experience in the Mobile Phone or Telecommunications Industry.
• Must have a very good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel & how to apply it in reporting.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline (Preferably a management degree).
