Popular Controversial Nigerian activist VeryDarkMan in a new video throws a jab at the president of Nigeria Tinubu following his reaction when the Super Eagles scored in the AFCON final.
February 11th 2024 was the AFCON final, however The Super Eagles of Nigeria fell short in their bid to clinch the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2023 title on Sunday, February 11, succumbing to a 2-1 defeat against the host nation, Ivory Coast.
The Super Eagles took an early lead in the first half, but the Elephants of Ivory Coast managed to level the score in the second half before securing a second goal later in the game
However, a video of President Tinubu celebrating after the Super Eagles scored in the final has surfaced online and by extension stirred mixed reactions.
In the clip, president Tinubu while celebrating the Troost Ekong goal couldn’t stand up but raises his hand up as he beams with so much joy while others moving around celebrating with utmost joy.
Reacting to the Tinubu video, VeryDarkMan tackles the president over his choice of celebration adding that he is feeling too big to rejoice so hard with the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Speaking further, VeryDarkMan added that president Tinubu mode of jubilation is one of the reasons why Super Eagles of Nigeria lost the AFCON Final.
Dishing out his football analytics skill, VeryDarkMan said that the midfield of Super Eagles in the AFCON final against Ivory Coast was not good enough adding that footballer Iwobi needs to improve his game.
He also tells Ghanaians not to take dragging seriously with Nigerians rather we should all live in love and celebrate the winners, Ivory Coast.
