Veteran Nollywood actor John Okafor popularly known as Mr Ibu has been lost to the cold hands of death.
According to the latest information shared by Instagram blogger Tosin Silverdam, Mr Ibu died in the early hours of today.
He added that 62-year-old Mr Ibu died at the Evercare Hospital located at Lekki Phase 1 in Lagos State.
Before the passing away of comic actor Mr Ibu, his leg was amputated after undergoing seven surgeries.
Another report also surfaced disclosing that Mr Ibu underwent another surgery on the same leg and by extension hardly talks again.
The death of Mr Ibu comes 24 hours after the passing away of popular Yoruba actor Sisi Quadri who died at the of 44.
Giving the update after confirming the death of Mr Ibu, Tosin Silverdam wrote; “Popular and legendary nollywood icon Mr Ibu passes on 💔💔💔”.
