Popular Nigerian media personality, Toke Makinwa has reacted after popular Nigerian singer Banky W loses to Labour party candidate at the 2023 House of representatives election in Lagos.
Labour Party Candidate, Thaddeus Attah beats Banky W of PDP to win Eti-Osa Federal House Constituency.
Attah won with 24,075 votes, beating his counterparts, Mr Olubankole Wellington (Banky W) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who had 18,666 votes, and Mr Babjide Obanikoro of the APC, who had 16, 901 votes.
Reacting to this, Toke Makinwa said Banky W loosing Eti-Osa House of Representative to Attah is so painful.
She claims that Attah did not campaign at all all noting that people do not even known him. Toke Makinwa further added that Banky W deserves it as he works so hard for it.
Toke Makinwa tweeted, “The news of LP winning in Eti Osa House of Representatives is so painful cos he didn’t campaign, we don’t even know him.”
She added, “Banky worked so hard, Banky deserves to win Eti Osa.”
