Controversial Nigerian musician, Portable has called out comedian and singer Carter Efe after his former signee, Young Duu, released a new song “Oyinmo“.
The ‘Azaman’ crooner expressed his frustration in a live Instagram session, criticizing Carter Efe for releasing his song, Oyinmo, knowing that his own album was about to be released.
It is no more news that Portable and Young Duu had a heated dispute, and it led to the CEO of Zeh nation kicking the young artist out of his record label.
After Young Duu’s music contract was terminated, Carter Efe stepped in and continued to mentor him.
The duo released the track, Oyinmo, on November 8th 2023 and it quickly gained traction, captivating listeners with its catchy melody and Efe’s signature comedic style. Fans have praised the song for its humor and originality
However, Portable lashed out at Efe for releasing the song at a time when he was preparing to drop his own album. He felt that Efe’s actions were a clear attempt to sabotage his album release and outshine him.
Calling Young Duu his boy, the music star claimed that Carter Efe is only using him to get at him.
