Several reactions have started pouring online as the petition filed against Sam Larry and Oba Elegushi by the late singer Mohbad surfaces online.
The Petition filed against Sam Lerry and Elegushi by Mohbad detailed how the singer disclosed how the late singer was attacked on the music video shoot with Zlatan Ibile.
Recall GbExtra Blog had earlier disclosed that Mohbad was shooting a music video with Zlatan in a wheelchair when Sam Larry stormed the location carrying a matchet and other weapons.
Lagos socialite and Naira Marley bestie Sam Larry almost landed a punch on Mohbad but was defended by Zlatan Ibile.
The petition also detailed how Mohbad was physically abused and damaged of musical properties worth N5M. It also revealed the part where the thugs revealed that they work for Oba Elegushi.
The statement reads; “PETITION OF THREAT TO LIFE, MALICIOUS DAMAGE OF PROPERTIES VALUED THE SUM OF FIVE MILLION NAIRA, ASSAULT OCCASIONING HARM OPPRESSION AND CONDUCT LIKELY TO CAUSE BREACH OF PEACE AGAINST SAMLARRY ELEGUSHI, ELELE OBELE AND OTHERS:
I of the above name and address, a law abiding citizen and a Musician bring to your notice the ass@ult and thre@t to my life by the above mentioned persons.
On 25th June, 2023 while having a video shoot with another artist by name Zlatan Ibile, the above mentioned persons numbering about fifteen led by Samlarry Elegushi invaded the premises with dangerous arms such as guns, cutlasses etc where I was shooting video and scattered the whole process of the shooting, damaged the equipment I was using for the shooting valued about Five Million Naira and started thre@tening my life which in the process they became violent and ass@ulted me which I sustained injuries but narrowly escaped.
Attached to this petition is the said pictures Total amount I paid for the shooting they have destroyed is Eight Million Naira (N8,000,000) which is non-refundable.
However, during the ass@ult, they were boasting that they work for Oba Elegushi and that they have been asked to deal with me for reasons best known to them which til date they are still thre@tening to k!ll me if seen.
