A throwback picture showing the moment Nigerian award-winning singer Davido drinking locally-made snacks from cassava, Garri has triggered mixed reactions online.
The old photo resurfaced after the ‘Unavailable’ hit maker revealed that he met his wife Chioma Rowland when he was broke, causing outrage online.
In a recent French show, ‘The Bridge’, Davido revealed that Chioma Adeleke has been there for him during his struggling days.
Netizens struggled to believe Davido, especially given the fact that he is the son of billionaire businessman, Mr. Adeleke.
However, some internet users dig up photo of the 31-year-old CEO of DMW record label and it showed him taking scoop of Garri.
In the photo showing his humble journey, Davido was seen with a plate of soaked Garri with groundnut and table water. He was also spotted with a multimillion Naira Rolex wrist watch while drinking his Garri.
