Popular Nigerian singer Ruger has triggered mixed reactions online as he dragged his former record label Jonzing Record owned by D’Prince after a fan shades his music prowess since he left the label.
Recall that in January 2024, Ruger, the “Asiwaju” hitmaker announced his new Record Label “Blown Boy Entertainment” confirming his exit from the D’Prince Jonzing Records label.
In a lengthy tweet via X, formerly called Twitter, Ruger accused his former boss D’Prince of using his money to fund other new artistes and leaving him in the dark about it.
Singer Ruger took to his verified Instagram page today June 7th 2024 to promote his new song, however, a fan who was not impressed by the song decided to hit the singer’s nerves.
According to the fan identified as “Efekoga” singer Ruger has no hit songs since he left D’Prince Jonzing Records label.
He wrote; “No hit since you left Jonzing.”
Reacting, Ruger wasted no time to carpet the troll as he asserts that D’Prince Jonzing Records also had not hit songs since he left the record label.
Ruger wrote; “No hit for Jonzing since I left Jonzing,”
