Popular Nigerian filmmaker cum actor, Kunle Afolayan in a new update, revealed Anikulapo series titled “Anikulapo: Rise of the Spectre” is in the making.
According to Kunle Afolayan, the upcoming project, a 4-part original series, will be available on Netflix.
Afolayan took to social media to share photos from the movie shoot, which featured old characters and new casts like Lateef Adedimeji, Gabriel Afolayan amongst others on the new series.
However, Kunle Remi, who played the lead role in the movie, was not spotted in the photos shared online, which caused a stir.
Lateef Adedimeji who also shared photos from the movie shoot sparked reactions as many took to the comment section of his post to ask questions about Kunle Remi, who played the lead character Saro in the initial release.
