BBNaija All-stars housemate, Angel Smith, has opined that none of the Big Brother Naija male winners deserved to win since they didn’t add anything to the show as the ladies did.
Angel stated this when interacting with Big Brother during her diary session in the ongoing Big Brother Naija ‘All Stars’ 2023.
According to Angel, she considered a woman more deserving of the prize than a man in every season of the show she had seen, including her season (season 6, in which Whitemoney won).
She acknowledged that in the end, public opinion would be decisive, but her personal attitude has always been that a woman should have won in the editions that men won.
The 23-year-old also stated that she believes women contributed more to the show, including their attire, drama, and a variety of other factors.

Both Cross and Angel were housemates on the Shine Ya Eye edition and were best friends, but, it appears there was a strain in their relationship after the show.
They’re now back on Big Brother All Stars, competing for the N120 million grand prize.
