Nigerian singer, Divine Ikubor popularly known as Rema met American pop music icon, Madonna for the first time and she was filled with praises for him.
The meeting happened backstage after his electrifying performance at the Raves and Roses concert in New York, USA.
In a video which is circulating on social media, the two musicians could be seen greeting each other warmly.
They firstly shared a deep hug after which Madonna asked if the star had fun, and he answered in the affirmative.
She said; “I’m very proud of you and I love you. You’re a great performer.”
On his part, Rema also disclosed how much he admires the pop Queen, stating that she was a great inspiration to him.
