A video of popular Instagram influencer, Raheem Abike Halimah better known as Papaya Ex in Mecca, Saudi Arabia has surfaced online and has generated mixed reactions among netizens.
In the video that hit the internet, Papaya Ex was in Mecca performing Umrah alongside other Muslims all over the world.
Papaya Ex in the video shared via her official Instagram page just like other Muslims in Mecca struggles so hard and at last was able to reach the Black Stone in Kaaba.
Upon reaching the Black Stone, Papaya Ex wasted no time to touch the Black Stone with her hands and further went on to lock lips with it for few moment then gives space for others as it was quite intense during the ritual process.
According to research, touching the black stone is an expiation for sins, as it’s responsible for absorbing the sins of the countless thousands of pilgrims.
Further information revealed that going to Kaabah in Mecca is a secret to become a successful Muslim.
Sharing the video, Papaya Ex wrote: “The struggle worth it , subuahnallah 🤲🕋….. Black stone (Hajr Al Aswad ) As the Prophet (S.A.W) touched either by hand or kiss, this practise is Sunnah. However, there is no harm if one is unable to touch it due to the crowd.
Muslims kiss the Black Stone in the fervent belief that it came from God (Allah) in paradise and because it was the usual custom of the revered Prophet Mohammed (SAW).
Also, on the Day of Judgement, they believe that the Black Stone will have two eyes and a tongue to intercede and to speak for those (Muslims) who had touched the stone with sincerity. May Almighty Allah make it easy for everyone that wants to experience ❤️.”
