“Stop donating money” – VeryDarkMan reacts to reports of Mr Ibu wife arresting Jasmine and her stepsons over N300M donation (Video)

Popular Nigerian activist VeryDarkMan has reacted on the ongoing conflict between Ailing actor Mr. Ibu’s wife, her stepsons, and his adopted daughter Jasmine, regarding the substantial funds allocated for his medical treatment.

Based on recent updates from actress Doris Ogala, it has been reported that Stella has apprehended Jasmine and Ibu’s sons for allegedly diverting N300 million from the funds designated for his medical treatment.

Jasmine and her team are allegedly detained at Alagbon station, Lagos, and this comes after Mr Ibu;s wife called out Jasmine, alleging fraud and embezzlement.

Doris Ogala also conveyed that the actor’s wife had previously sought the purchase of a new house using the funds contributed for her husband’s treatment.

Swiftly responding to the developments, Verydarkman, actively involved in supporting Mr. Ibu’s health journey through fundraising and hospital visits, has turned to Instagram. In a new video, he addresses the reported arrest, offering his perspective on the evolving narrative.

Expressing his astonishment, Verydarkman conveyed his surprise at the revelation that the funds collected for Mr. Ibu’s well-being have reached the staggering amount of N300 million.

He raised eyebrows at the family’s choice to conceal this significant information from the public while allowing continuous donations to pour in.

In his analysis, Verydarkman highlighted that the family’s withdrawal of N300 million suggests that the total donations have exceeded half a billion naira.

Stressing that such a substantial amount should be sufficient for Mr. Ibu’s healthcare needs, he urged his followers to stop donating, cautioning against unintentionally contributing to the family’s enrichment through the ongoing donation process.

Verydarkman emphatically stated that Mr. Ibu’s family, especially his wife, seems to prioritize the donated funds over the health and well-being of the ailing actor.

He committed to abstain from using his platform to solicit funds for the time being, while keeping the possibility of a change in stance open for the future.

He accompanied the video with the caption; “So Mr ibu wife said Jasmine moved 300 million from the money the public contributed,so they have made up to 300 million naira,wow anyways to my followers you guys should stop contributing for Mr ibu,they have enough money❌ do not contribute anything for Mr IBU again❌ if you do na you sabi.”
