Popular Nigerian singer and songwriter, Rema has finally clears the air on the alleged beef with his senior colleague, Davido.
Recall in 2020, Rema was spotted ranting online after reports allegedly disclosed that Davido slapped him at the BBNaija 2020 finale won by reality star, Laycon.
Note that Davido and Rema both performed at the BBNaija season 5 finale, however reports that made the rounds alleged that Laycon and fellow housemates wanted to take selfies with Rema but his bouncers ignored them.
However, this made Davido angry telling Rema that he should be humble and during the process Rema allegedly received slap from the DMW boss.
However, when asked on his alleged beef with Davido, reacting to the question, Rema said it was all rumour noting that from day one he never had any problem with artistes.
Rema said; “I have so much respect for the Og’s, I dont want to look for no ones trouble. I only wants to make good music. I’m introverts I don’t want fight.”
The “Calm Dow” hitmaker added that Afrobeats artistes have done well to promote peace among one another.
Rema said though they have egos and achievement, but the unity among them has kept them going for a very long time even when the fans started moving mad.
