Following Nigerian chef Hilda Baci breaks Guinness world record of highest hours in cooking, a lady from Ekiti state, Nigeria has been motivated as she begins her 120 hours cook-a-thon.
The young chef has covered 15 hours as she kick started her Cook-a-Thon event at 12 am of June 9 in Ilupeju Ekiti, Oye local government area and has begun to draw the attention of the media.
Hilda Baci cooked for 100 hours to break the record that was previously set by an Indian, chef Lata Tondon who set the record in September 2019 after cooking for 87 hours 45 mins.
Recall that a Liberian chef, Wonyean Aloycious Gaye, engaged in the cooking marathon as he planned to surpass Hilda Baci’s cooking hours but no news of him was heard after cooking for 7 hours.
However, the yet-to-be-identified budding viral chef with the handle, @spiritworldglobalmission, has her Instagram live video on for emerging fans to witness her attempt to break Hilda’s record.
