Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola better known as Portable Omolalomi has replied Speed Darlington after he accused him of making music for the poor.
Speed Darlington while featuring as a guest on the Honest Bunch podcast hosted by media personality Nedu Wazobia and others disclosed that unlike Portable and others who make music for those using a streaming platform like Audiomark, it’s on the contrary for him.
Speaking further Speed Darlington disclosed that Audiomark is meant for the poor people and his songs can’t be found there because he makes songs for the rich.
In his words, “I don’t m*ss with Audiomack. Audiomack is for poor people. My music is not for the poor. If you no get money, you can’t have my song.”
Reacting to this, Portable confirms that he used to make songs for poor people in the past and he no longer does so at the moment urging the poor people to go and make money.
He added that he is now blessed with money and by extension only makes songs for rich people.
