Godson, an associate of Wizkid has reacted to the insults Grammy winner, Burna Boy rained on show promoters of his botched music event in Lagos.
Burna Boy received heavy flack on January 1st when he delayed fans at his New Year’s concert, only for him to show up late and started talking down on attendees including the organisers and promoters.
It was gathered that the Lagos concert was scheduled to start at 6 pm, but the African Giant arrived around 3 am for his performance.
Instead of apologising to fans, Burna Boy angrily said that he would have left the event if not for Seyi Vibez.
He also claimed that there were some sound problems which was one of the causes of his delay. The artiste then blamed it on promoters and insulted them.
Reacting, Wizkid’s aide, Godson said no artiste has the right to insult show promoters who put in a lot of effort to ensure the event ends up being successful.
He also said no Nigerian musician has risen to the level of Beyonce or Rihanna where they feel they are very big and can talk to people disrespectfully.
