“Nigerians don’t lie unless we want to sc@m you” – Burna Boy tells foreigners (WATCH)

Grammy-winning singer, Damini Ogulu popularly known as Burna Boy, has said Nigerians only tell lies if they are trying to scam someone.

The self acclaimed African Giant made the assertive statement while appearing as a guest on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah in New York, USA.

The host, Trevor had spoke on how Nigerians who have huge accomplishments to their name hardly feign humility while being complimented for their success.

Burna Boy said that the only circumstance within which Nigerians tell lies to people is if the intention is to scam them.

Also, the South African media personality had given accolades to the ‘Odogwu’ crooner for being the first African to sell out Madison Square Garden.

In response, Burna said that he does not understand why people make such a big deal about someone like him being the first to do something in another country.
