“It’s your home nwam, no competition” – Yul Edochie’s aunt, Rita Edochie assures May amid marriage crisis (video)

Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie, has assured her junior colleague and nephew, actor Yul Edochie’s First wife, May Edochie, that her place is secured in their family.

This comes amid the ongoing brouhaha in the Edochie family after Yul’s second wife, Judy Austin, shared a Thanksgiving video just a few weeks after the death of her husband’s first son with May.

In the video, Judy bragged about God’s love for her, how he always fights her battles, and thanked him for helping her during childbirth.

This did not sit well with many, who accused her of being insensitive for sharing the video at a time when May is still mourning the death of her son.

Amid the social media frenzy, Rita took to her Instagram page to assure May that she is the main wife of her husband, and that she is not competing with anyone.

Rita, who is married to Pete Edochie’s younger brother, Tony, described May as a good woman and said the prevailing crisis in her marriage will eventually end and it’s only a matter of time.

She shared a video compilation of May and her children’s pictures and captioned it: “It’s your home nwam. No worries No competition. It’s a question of time.”
