Popular Nigerian singer, David Adeleke well known as Davido has announced a change in price for artistes seeking for his collaboration for their songs.
Davido, the “Unavailable” crooner disclosed that he is now charging $100k (N46M) plus a video when it comes to being featured by international artistes.
The singer made this known to all and sundry on the Bootleg Kev show as they discussed about the global growth of Afrobeats.
According to Davido, it’s the other way around now instead of featuring international artistes for free, he is now charging.
As expected the video generated several reactions among netizens, while some hailed Davido for the latest decision claiming that free access to him will be reduced as he won’t be taken for granted, others noted that he is supposed to charge higher than that based on his level in the music industry.
