“It’s A Failure and Shouldn’t Be Celebrated” – Justin Dean Knocks Ex-Wife, Korra Obidi For Celebrating Their Divorce

Popular Nigerian dancer, Korra Obidi’s ex-husband, Justin Dean has said that getting divorced is not something worth celebrating.

He stated this in a video in reaction to Korra’s decision to go on Facebook and celebrate bout finalising their divorce.

The celebrity dancer had celebrated in a post on her page as she noted that the divorce documents have been obtained and she got full custody of their two children.

According to Justin, who first broke the news of their marriage ending, divorce is ‘failure’ and not an achievement to be celebrated by anybody.

The father of two also said that he would raise his daughters to learn all they need to make sure their marriages work.

He also stated that any body who has the mentality of seeing divorce as an easy alternative anytime there is an issue in the marriage, is just making it a transaction.

The man further insinuated that his ex-wife, Korra lacked the necessary skills to maintain a marriage.

In his words; “I will raise my daughters in such a way that they have the skills necessary to maintain a marriage. Because marriage is work. It’s not something that you go in thinking, ‘Oh, if it doesn’t work out, I’ll just get divorced. I’ll just move on to the next thing in life’.

“If you have that kind of mentality, it’s almost more like a transaction. It’s like this person is going to elevate me in one way in life and when it no longer works I’ll just divorce them and do it again.”
