Nigerian singer and songwriter, Skales, has revealed a mutual songwriting experience with his colleague, Wizkid, when they were signees under music record label, EME.
Skales revealed that he and Wizkid used to write song for themselves during his recent interview in ‘Curiosity made me ask’ with Nigerian skit maker Isbae U.
He said that in the past, he and WizKid used to help each other write music and look out for each other lyrically.
He claimed he composed Wizkid’s popular song ‘Wiz Party’ and Wizkid in turn wrote ‘Mukulu’ for him.
In his words, “So back in EME, we were team. We used to like for each other, you know look out for each other lyrically. So whatever song that I did for Wiz”.
“He also did something for me like Mukulu. I also did Wiz party own too. So like I said it’s a team work back in EME”.
