Nigerian musicians have continued to take the world by storm, as they break new bounds and gain wider acceptance with their respective sound of music.

Ace rapper, Olamide Adedeji, singers BNXN, Bad Boy Timz and Pheelz, have been featured in the 2023 edition of the video game “FIFA”.

According to reports, the forthcoming football simulation video game published by Electronic Arts will be the 30th and final installment in the FIFA series developed by EA Sports.

Musicians whose songs will enjoyed by lovers of football video games are Olamide, Bad Boy Timz, Pheelz, BNXN, Nas, Central Cee, Bad Bunny, Jack Harlow, Rosalia, M.I.A and a slew of others.

The game is scheduled to be released on September 30th, 2022 for all types of playable consoles, and the official soundtrack of the game will feature more than 100 songs from artists across the globe.

Recall, In 2020, Nigerian artiste Fireboy DML’s 2019 single ‘Scatter’ was listed among the official tracks for EA Sports’ FIFA 21 football simulation video game.

Songs by other Nigerian acts like Rema and Burna Boy have also featured in the game’s soundtrack in previous years.

FIFA 23 will be the last of the video gaming series after EA and FIFA ended their partnership. The franchise will afterwards run under the title, EA Sports FC.
