Afrobeat sensations Ruger and BNXN, formerly known as Buju, have seemingly put an end to their long-standing feud, hinting at a potential future collaboration.
The reconciliation was teased through a photo shared by Ruger on the X platform and Instagram during what appears to be a music video shoot.
He wrote; “MAYBE ROMEO MUST DIE.” The critic message has left fans speculating about the nature of their newfound alliance.
Recall that BNXN AND Ruger trends online in the year 2022 as the duo dragged each other to fillth online.
At that time, an anonymous X user informed Ruger that BNXN had more hit songs than he did, leading to a public exchange of words and tension between the two Afrobeat sensations.
In 2022 industry beef, Ruger advises BNXN to get a solo like him instead of collaborating with artistes to get hit songs and also referred to him as fatty bum bum.
BNXN refers to Ruger as a silly artiste while adding that he is bigger than him and the label, Jonzing world.
The beef continues even after BNXN wins the NextRated at the 15th Headies Award ahead of Ruger.
However, Ruger, the “Bounce” crooner who signed a record label deal in 2021 with Jonzing World headed by D Prince put an end to his deal with the label after 3 years and kickstarted his own label named Blown Boy Entertainment.
Despite their previous differences, the recent photo suggests that the artists have buried the hatchet and are exploring the possibility of working together.
