Popular Nigerian singer Davido has reacted after his ex-signee Dremo releases a diss track for Ghanaian rapper Sarkordie who mocks him alongside Wizkid, Burna Boy and others in his new song.
Rapper Sarkodie whose real name is Michael Owusu Addo sparks reactions online yesterday, May 10th 2024 as he names Burna Boy as new cat and rates himself above Wizkid and Davido.
According to Sarkodie who has been active in the music industry since 2005, he is not on the same level with Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy and went on to rap about two names who are his biggest competitors in the industry.
In his lyrics while rapping in the song dubbed “Brag” Sarkodie said he was already doing music before Wizkid breaks into prominence.
The rapper also known as “The Highest” added that his music has taken in improved turn when Davido came into the music industry.
He added that he is still doing well at the top during the present time of Burna Boy, Asake as well as Black Sherif.
In his words; “Wizkid came, I was already doing it, Davido started, I was improving it, then Odogwu came through Black Sherif & Asake”
He noted that his biggest competitors are Kendrick Lamar and J.Cole.

However, today May 11th 2024, Nigerian rapper Dremo who was formerly signed under Davido record label DMW claps back at Sarkodie after he fired shot at his boss Davido, Wizkid, Burna Boy and others.
Dremo in the brutal diss track tells Sarkodie that it is not how far but how well making it known to him that Wizkid, Davido, Burna Boy and others are now great artistes in the industry.
The rapper moved on by throwing shade at Sarkodie as he refers to him as “Baba Dudu” and also noted that no one cares if the Ghanaian rapper comes before Wizkid, Davido, Burna Boy, Asake and Black Sherif.
Rapper Dremo issue stern warning to Sarkodie telling him to compose before he decompose and should focus on his fellow Ghanaian colleagues like Medikal, Shatta Wale and others.
The “Kpa” hitmaker also accuses Sarkodie of chasing clout trying to do anything to stay up as he makes mockery of him for comparing himself to Kendrick and J. Cole.
Dremo further berated Sarkodie by calling him by his full name adding that if he doesn’t respond to his diss track, then he as a Nigerian is leading.

However, just like other Nigerians, singer Davido was superexcited over Dremo diss track to Sarkodie and by extension took to the comment section to react.
Reacting via the comment section, Davido drops some laughing emoji, showcasing his utmost support for Dremo.
