Multichoice Group have announced the commencement of auditions for the next edition of the Big Brother franchise titled Big Brother Titans.

Organisers of the reality show, had earlier revealed that next year’s edition will introduce a a new dimension that would see Nigerian and South Africans living together as housemates.
Taking to its official Twitter page on Thursday, Big Brother Africa shared a video which explained how interested participants can audition.

“Owing to the success of Big Brother Mzansi and Big Brother Naija, MultiChoice will unveil a Big Brother show like no other: a ‘contest’ between housemates from Nigeria and South Africa – in one house,” Dr Busola Tejumola, Executive Head of Content said.
Also, Ceo of Multichoice Nigeria, John Ugbe who spoke at the MultiChoice Media Showcase event in Lagos on Thursday, September 15, 2022, described it as a special edition which is like a combination of Afrobeats and Amapiano.
He explained that they wish to explore the love-hate relationship between Nigeria and South Africa and the season 8 would be ‘explosive’.
Ugbe added that the reality TV, which will be the most exciting season, will be happening “sometime next year”.
Big Brother Titans Audition Requirements
The Requirements for the Big Brother Naija x South Africa Audition tagged “Big Brother Titans” is out. According to the Organizers, participants must be at least 21 years of age by 30th October 2022.
They must be South African or Nigerian citizens or permanent residents of either South Africa or Nigeria as of the 30th of October, 2022, and possess a valid identity document.
The organizers also stated that interested participants must be in excellent physical and mental health and must also submit to physical and psychological examinations by Producers’ selected medical professional(s) in Lagos State.
”If you are selected by the Producers for an interview, you must be willing to travel to Lagos if based in Nigeria and to Johannesburg if based in South Africa at a time as scheduled by the Producers in their sole discretion for the final selection process.
”If you are selected to be interviewed, you may be given, and must complete and return (prior to the date of your personal interview), any further application materials (including but not limited to additional psychological and health questionnaires), or documents (such as your birth certificate, passport, and/or other identification) as well as a Medical History form.”
It added that one participant would receive the grand prize, subject to change at the Producers’ and/or the Broadcaster’s discretion.
