Big Brother Naija, 2019 finalist Mike Edwards has taken to social media to mock fellow celebrities who are rooting for housemate Seyi Awolowo to be evicted from the All-Stars edition of the reality show.
During the Sunday live eviction on August 13th, 2023, Seyi Awolowo was again in the bottom two with the least number of votes, however, the jury saved him.
The jury that saved him consists of ex-housemates, Teddy A, Laycon and Diana, and resulted in an unfortunate moment for Uriel Oputa who becomes the second housemate to be evicted from the show.
Recall that during the second week which happens to be the first eviction on the show, Seyi Awolowo was also in the bottom two, the jury that consisted of Bisola, Mike, and Dorathy voted for Seyi to stay thereby getting Princess to be evicted.
The eviction of Uriel Oputa from the show has stirred several reactions from the likes of Tacha, Vee, Rita Dominic, Jemima and other netizens who want Seyi Awolowo to leave the house.

After Seyi survived the eviction for the second time, Mike via his Instagram page throws subtle shade at his colleagues in the entertainment industry as their wishes didn’t come to pass.
Speaking on why he supported Seyi as the jury and will keep on supporting him, Mike shares a chat he had with Seyi in which the BBNaija star had offered him his place to stay after he missed his flight.
Captioning the post, Mike wrote; “As e dey come down, we dey push am back up✌🏾❤️”
