Alhaji Muniru Olatunji Balogun, the father of award-winning Nigerian singer Wizkid, has captivated many hearts online as he was seen giving out money to youths and clerics on the first Friday of Ramadan.
In a video circulating online, Alhaji Muniru was surrounded with kids and clerics, locally known as Alfas at a serene place, appeared to be the mosque.
He was seen removing wads of cash from his pocket as he gave it out the money to them one after the other.
It is crucial to know that Alhaji Muniru is a religious cleric and wields an Islamic title ‘Mogaji Adinni’ and this is one of the reasons he had problems with Wizkid when he started his music career more than a decade ago.
The video capturing beautiful aura between the Wizkid’s aged father and the Alfa warmed many social media users. They showered him with praises as they shared their thoughts via comment section.
