Corp member proposes to colleague. A National Youth Corp member has engaged his female colleague in a romantic way at an orientation camp.

His proposal to his girlfriend came less during the three weeks orientation programme at Ogun State camp where they both met and fell in love.

The male corper employed the services of a fellow corper who played the saxophone, and some others who held up cardboards with the inscription; ”Will You Marry Me?” while he popped the question.

A heartwarming video making the rounds online shows the moment he got on his knees to ask for her hand in marriage and she happily accepted.

He put the ring on her finger and went in for a passionate hug while other corp members cheered and gushed over their relationship. They were then urged to seal the engagement with a lovely kiss, which they did.

According to a Facebook user, Surajudeen Zainab Odunayo who claimed both lovers have been dating for awhile before their camp. “They both attended the same school, they’ve been dating since 100l days. And they were both posted to the same camp.” She said.
