Nigerian superstar, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable Omolaomi, throws shade at his colleague, Peter Okoye for insulting music legend, Fela Kuti.
In an interview with TheMiconPodcast, the legend’s son, Seun Kuti, argued that no politician can save Nigeria except for Nigerians themselves.
Seun Kuti, a singer, described the Labour Party’s presidential candidate as ‘an opportunist who started a movement’ after losing the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) primaries.
Apparently, Mr P got infuriated by his colleague’s viewpoint on Obi as he took to social media to berate Kuti.
He said, “Dude just erased his father’s history! You said only the people of Nigeria can save Nigeria! Is PO and the rest of the candidates not the Nigerian people? Shame! Shame!! Shame!!! So disappointed”.
Peter Okoye went on to drag the family of the legend, Fela Kuti, into mud and it got many attentions online.
However, Portable went to his official Instagram page to share his thoughts, rebuked Mr P for insulting the king of music.
Hailing himself as Young Fela, he said, “I go by name, portable of Africa, Anikuleti, Young Fela. Ogun kill you, You say wetin. I hear say you dey insult Fela Kuti, You wey be say you and your family still dey alive and una no still blow”.
