Singer, ASA performs ‘Fire On The Mountain’ in front of Buhari at NNPC relaunch (Video)

President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday, July 19 unveiled the new Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC).

The unveiling was organised to mark the official change of NNPC from a wholly state-run entity to a commercial private energy enterprise.

Nigerian singer, Asa opened up the musical performance at the relaunch which took place at the presidential banquet hall in Abuja.

She performed her hit song “Fire on the mountain” in front of the President and other dignitaries in attendance.

A video from Asa’s performance at the event is trending and Nigerians have opined that it is a message aimed at drawing attention of President Buhari to the worrisome security and economic challenges in Nigeria.
