Popular Nigerian singer Bella Shmurda has stir mixed reactions after he disclosed that he will rather choose Burna Boy concert over his most important final year exam.
Bella Shmurda who recently disclosed that his colleague, Mohbad almost committed suicide because of his label issues with Naira Marley made this known in a recent interview on the podcast tagged “WithChude” hosted by media personality, Chudy Jideonwo.
During the interview, Bella Shmurda who was already popular in his final year said that his 400l in LASU was a very serious one as he only managed to do 4-5 exams out of his 7 papers.
He added that despite the difficulty he experienced in combining his academic with his rise to prominence in the music industry his lecturer as well as some of his classmate were fair to him.
When asked on chosen between Burna Boy and his most important final year exam, Bella Shmurda says he will surely go for the concert rather than the exam because music is his passion.
He further added that he can always redo the exam as he noted that opportunity comes but once and the concert might opens the door for him.
He further uttered that the strategy is to make use of this present opportunity that might not come again, as the exam will come again.
Speaking on the competition as well as depression he faced while growing up as an artiste, Bella Shmurda says he wasn’t singing to blow but singing for passion as he doesn’t allow such to get to him.
