#BBNaija’s Ike Onyema finally addresses rumour that his Tiktok video was shading Mercy Eke

Big Brother Naija star, Ike Onyema has made a public announcement concerning his viral TikTok posts which are alleged shades on his ex-girlfriend, Mercy Eke.

It could be recalled that hours after attended Rita Dominic’s wedding which was also attended by Mercy, the reality star made a video where he threw a shade at Lambo over her alleged fake backside.

The model talked about how he loves ladies with natural y@nsh. He also made another video where he stated that he is a fool for trying to change a certain hoe into a housewife.

After receiving backlash from netizens, Ike Onyema has now addressed the issue. In an Insta story post, the brand influencer stated that his post/TikTok was not in any way to shade anyone.

According to him, Mercy was a part of his journey and they have both moved on and are happy.

In his words; “Hey, I usually won’t say anything regarding assumptions and speculations around my post, but it’s high time i address this issue, especially if someone i respect and care for is being mentioned knowing fully well she’s going through a loss.

My post/titok was not in anyway to shade anyone. She was a part of my journey. We’ve both moved on and are happy. Moving foward i hope my post do not seem like a subliminal shade. Thank you.”
