Big Brother Naija ‘level up’ winner, Ijeoma Josephina Otabor, better known as Phyna, has finally reacted after being called out for allegedly failing to return a rented wig.
The vendor, identified as ‘dbeauty hair’ on Instagram, accused Phyna of borrowing the hair to recreate superhero ‘Wonder Woman’ look for a movie premiere held on Sunday, December 10.
However, she claimed that Phyna has refused to return the wig even though it’s been days. She alleged that Phyna has been giving different excuses for her failure to return the hair.
To back her claims, she shared screenshots of her conversation with the hairstylist who rented the hair on Phyna’s behalf for N25,000.
In a series of posts, the vendor wrote: “Phyna please return the wig you rented since Sunday. Whether she returned directly from me or not.
She rented teh wig, she didn’t buy! She definitely knows she needs to return it. The hairstylist tried to retrieve different times, different days. Different stories! Give me my wig!”

In a seeming reaction to this, Phyna took to her Instagram Stories to insinuate that the vendor falsely accused her of renting a wig and labelled her a clout chaser.
She also lamented the challenges of being a celebrity, adding that she is the ‘air that Nigerians breathe’.
The reality TV star wrote: “Every day different stories….Now it’s clout chasers and black mailers……. y’all need to do better…….hyna the air everybody in Nigeria dy breath…… make Una rest.small for this whole nonsense. Even me I don tire. Like WTF!!!!! fame life is really crazy”.
