Popular Nollywood actresses Iyabo Ojo and Lizzy Anjorin have made headlines once again as they finally ended their long years of rivalry.
Recall that Iyabo had filed a defamatory lawsuit against Lizzy and demanded N500 million for damages. Unfortunately, Lizzy failed to attend court during their first hearing, which took place in February 2024. Following this, the court had served letters, which were pasted at Lizzy Anjorin’s house gate.
In an update to it, the judge presiding over their case has played a mediator between the two as she reconciled the actresses. Confirming it to the press, Iyabo stated that the judge gave both of them motherly advice to stop fighting and cursing each other on social media and embrace peace.
In a video making the rounds online, They smiled out of the court, and Lizzy’s husband went to Iyabo and gave her a peaceful hug. Lizzy’s lawyer also gave update stating that the actresses are ready to make peace with themselves.
