Nigeria’s talented promising Model, Eyekole Faith Ibukunoluwa in a recent interview with Gbextra Blog revealed a lot about her career, dreams and lifestyles.
Faith who recently won the Miss YABA LCDA 2017, this ambitious young aspiring model has made up her mind to excel in her profession.

Can we meet you?
My names are Eyekole Faith Ibukunoluwa, I’m a student of the polytechnic Ibadan, studied public administration, and also a model, won Miss YABA LCDA 2017..
From a family of five two boys and three girls, I’m the last child, From ondo state.
Born in the late 90’s January 12th..
Telling us about your growing up and what motivates you to choose been a model?
About my up growing: not from a rich background anyways and then not poor ,lived a normal life.
Motives: At first I never had the dream of being a model, but knew i loved anything called fashion, a fashionista in one word..
My motive begins when people ask if I was a model , people advised to one…
And then I looked back to see the potential seen in me becoming a model.. So I picked interest.. That was when I went for miss Makoko.
So as an aspiring model, what are the challenges you encountered?
Challenges: do not really have challenges, reason been i believe in myself…complex is the major problem in a modeling Career..
When thinking someone is better than you are…I believe in destiny..
How did you become miss YABA LCDA 2017?
Its was organized by Mokiz Entertainment World, Been the first edition would say it wasn’t elaborate the way its ought to be, but trust me the edition second would be more elaborate…
About winning the crown, in a competition everyone believes they own the crown. I did my best but destiny can never be changed.. Was destined to win.
After emerging the winner (Miss Yaba 2017), how does it affect your career positively?
It’s a huge step up for me..
What’s your advice for aspiring Models like you?
Would advice to believe in themselves, the fact they didn’t win a crown doesn’t make them a loser but a way head..
Keep pushing ..sooner or later you will get they will get there
Your role model?
I do not have specifically, I just wanna be great.
Your dream project, and where do you picture yourself in the next 5years.?
In the Next five years, I wanna see myself on top of the world.
My dream is to fulfil my promise to the youth through vocational skills.. Schooling is very expensive now.
Your kind of man?
Outspoken, Never liked a short guy. if not too short, cool. Handsome.
What turns you on/off?
Relationship wise: I like handsome guys ooo, when he’s caring. I hardly love, but when I do I seriously do. I ain’t really a se.x type tho.
When I find out ,a guy wanna feel too important..everything turns down
But this ehn…money turns me on…brokenness turns me down…. I love money.
Are contesting for Crown now?
Yes, I’m contesting for LagosMostBeautifulGirls (Lagos Most Beautiful Girls). It’s a contest too, like the one of Miss YABA, Going for camp January, tickets are out already, But online voting is till on ends Jan 20.
